Date(s) - 04/10/2019 - 04/11/2019
9:00 am - 3:30 pm
Managers and supervisors are in a unique position requiring both professional and interpersonal communication skills in order to maintain effective workplace relationships. Unfortunately, they are often promoted to their positions without having any formal training, causing frustration and additional stress to an already difficult position.
The binding of shared visions and values gives purpose and direction to the mission of an organization. You will discuss concepts of intention, challenge, experimentation, and celebration and their roles in the practice of leadership. Understanding the conditions of empowerment gives you opportunities to strengthen others and create synergy in interactions.
