We live in a fast-paced world! It seems that especially in the fields of health and human services, jobs are becoming more complicated – demanding more of our time and energy. This course introduces the concept of mindfulness and teaches staff how to effectively bring the practice of mindfulness into their professions.
This powerful skill is a recognized method for increasing productivity and effectiveness in the workplace. It gives staff a sense of true connection with those they support while maintaining healthy emotional boundaries and guarding against energy depletion.
